The Routes  
    The starting locations in this table are ordered north to south (Run # 1 is the farthest north).
    The runs are scenic runs (runs you might not mind driving to) and are along roads much of the time.
    Beach running options are highlighted in the Description column.

Running Tracks - When you want to run round and round - See the tracks on a Google Map.   

Races - When you want to run with a big group.  Raceplace is an online race calendar and Active.com is a popular web site to sign up for local races (Active charges a fee).

Cowles Mountain Full Moon Hikes Run Cowles Mountain in the daytime; hike it on the "full moon" evenings with this group.
Cuyamaca Rancho State Park   Check out the Bike Trails.  Trails are shared by runners, hikers, bikers and horses.
Daley Ranch, Escondido   Challenging runs. Water available at the ranch house. Lots of variety, great views, all dirt.
Elfin Forest Recreational Reserve Can download a Trail Map.

Marian Bear Memorial Park Marian Bear Memorial Park is located in San Clemente Canyon stretching from Interstate 5 to Interstate 805 just south of 52.  Over three miles of mostly flat trails along the length of the canyon
Morley Field Par Fitness Course Circuit includes 18 exercise stations spaced over a 2.5 mile path.  Starting location is marked.
Mission Trails Regional Park  Interactive trail map.
Mountain Bike Bill  Bike routes can be running routes.  Good maps/elevation profiles for county rides/runs.
