Calculators

Pacing Calculator
Make your own marathon pace chart
Generate a pacing chart in per mile or per kilometer increments.
Enter your race distance (5K,10K, half-marathon or marathon), your goal finishing time,
and the increments (every mile, every 5 miles ,every km) that you wish to display.

Age-graded performance Calculator
Calculate your age-graded performance.
Predict the equivalent open (30 years or younger) time for a particular distance, as well as the percentile score.
The program covers men and women, age 40-70 for the 5K,10K, half-marathon and marathon distances.

Race Time Prediction
Estimate how long it will take to run a specified distance, based on a previous race result.
Both metric and non-metric calculators are available.
This type of predictive analysis is more accurate when the two distances are relatively similar (e.g 5K and 10K).
Interval Pace Calculator
Estimate your optimal interval training pace, based on your current 5K race time.
AT(anaerobic threshold) and VO2-Max pace is calculated.
Heart-rate zone Calculator
Estimate your heart-rate zones for easy running, anaerobic threshold (AT) and VO2 Max workouts.
The training zone values are calculated using the Karvonen formula:
Calorie Calculator
Estimate the amount of calories you burn at a given running pace.
The calculation is based on a formula derived from a study of the net energy expenditure for running 1 hour on a horizontal surface.
