Saturday Run 8:00 am Fletcher Cove - Nov 4
Meet at Fletcher Cove in Solana Beach at 8:00 am
Directions - take Lomas Sante Fe exit WEST off Hwy 5, go until you hit the ocean
Early Group - meet at 7:00 am to run 5 - 6 miles along the coast before the 8:00 am group
Course - easy 5 - 12 miles in the San Elijo Lagoon - soft surface trail (5 miles to freeway overpass, 8 miles to end of Lagoon, 11 mile run to BallPark & back)
BREAKFAST at Naked Cafe 10:00 am - right next to Fletcher Cove
